My Story

I am a dietitian who has a strong passion to use my nutrition knowledge to help coach clients towards their health related goals. I also have a background in health and exercise science helping me support a whole body approach with clients. I enjoy using my knowledge and experiences to encourage others to make healthy and sustainable goals.
I have worked in multiple areas of dietetics and the fitness industry over the past twenty years. My years of experience in both nutrition and exercise give me the unique ability to understand client’s needs to have a whole health lifestyle that will help them improve their quality of life. I look forward to meeting you where you are in your health journey and supporting you through making and maintaining lasting changes for your health.
Outside of working I love spending time with my husband, three kids and our fluffy puppy. Our family loves to watch Thunder Basketball games and running community road races. When we are not cheering on the Thunder or running you will find us in the kitchen preparing food or experimenting with a new recipe together. I believe food taste better and fitness feels better when doing it together!
